WATER ACADEMY REGISTRATION OPEN FOR GREECE!
Do you have some Greek or Greek-speaking friends or stakeholders that are involved in Water Scarcity related work? Share with them the registration link to the Water Academy Greece! The Academy promotes the understanding of the overall challenges in water scarcity and the sharing of knowledge and potential solutions. EIT Manufacturing and three other EIT Innovation Communities, EIT Raw Materials, EIT Food & EIT Climate, have joined forces on finding innovative solutions for water scarcity in Southern Europe.
The project has resulted in an impressive body of knowledge and many concrete ideas and solutions on how to address this critical challenge.
Now, we want to share this with you to discuss the next steps and how to make the best use of the results to benefit of the local communities and organisations. Join us for our online Water Academies delivered to you in the local languages with simultaneous interpretations in English.

The Water Academies are part of the initiative Finding innovative solutions to Water Scarcity in Southern Europe. The project is the result of co-operation between the EIT Climate-KIC, EIT Food, EIT Manufacturing and EIT Raw Materials, supported by ATHENA and Bioazul.
The initiative has involved experts and start-ups from different fields, with the aim of sharing knowledge and find practical solutions to fight and preempt water scarcity.
The Water Academies are summarizing the efforts of the initiative, aiming at creating awareness and share knowledge about the potential solutions and discuss the way forward among local communities and stakeholders.
The Water Academies will be fully online, targeting the audiences of the focus countries: Italy, Greece and Spain. Stakeholders from different field will participate, including education, entrepreneurship, start-ups, SME´s, NGOs, etc. Any professional and entity interested in building capability in challenges and solutions for water scarcity, focused on water resources management, water reduction/reuse/regeneration it is encouraged to save the date and join the Academies!
