The European Conference of the Society for Benefit-Cost Analysis (SBCA) will take place in Athens, Greece , on 27–28 November 2025.
Hosted by the Athens University of Economics and Business (AUEB) and its Research Laboratory on Socio-Economic and Environmental Sustainability (ReSEES), under the scientific direction of Professor Phoebe Koundouri, the conference will bring together researchers, policymakers, and practitioners to examine how Benefit-Cost Analysis (BCA) can support the design and implementation of effective, sustainable, and equitable policies.

Participants are encouraged to consider organizing a Policy Session, bringing together 3–4 related abstracts under a common theme, with the aim of connecting academic research to real-world decision-making.
