On Tuesday 1st October 2019, a conference on Sustainable Shipping took place at the Embassy of Norway in Athens.
The focus of the conference was on how to cut environmentally harmful emissions from shipping and on the future of green shipping. Prof. Koundouri took part in the discussion, together with Harald Solberg, CEO of the Norwegian Shipowners Association, and representatives from the Greek shipping industry and environmental organizations.
