“Boroume” is a non-profit organization that fights food waste and combats malnutrition in Greece by organizing the distribution of surplus food for charity.
Founders Alexia Moatsou, Xenia Papastavrou and Alexandros Theodoridis, along with dozens of committed volunteers, work every day in order to fight food waste.
