Prof. Phoebe Koundouri has been appointed as a member of the National Council for Research and Innovation (NCRI) under the Deputy Ministry of Research, Innovation, and Digital Policy of Cyprus.
As the highest advisory body to the State, the NCRI plays a crucial role in shaping national policy, advancing scientific excellence, and driving technological innovation. Its mission is to provide strategic direction for the development of long-term plans aimed at strengthening the sectors of research, technological development, and innovation. Prof. Koundouri is eager to contribute to this mission, working alongside esteemed colleagues to shape policies that promote scientific advancement, technological progress, and sustainable innovation.
