Prof. Phoebe Koundouri Appointed to RACC-IAC

Phoebe Koundouri has been elected as a member of the “Regional Action on Climate Change International Advisory Committee (RACC-IAC). The RACC was established in 2009 as an auxiliary meeting to the annual gathering of the STS forum. The RACC- IAC is tasked with advising the STS forum and the IAC chair on various matters, including the development of the RACC’s mission and work, the advancement of knowledge action networks and other forms of regional engagement, the selection of programs and speakers for the annual RACC meeting, assistance in framing invitations as necessary, crafting public statements on behalf of the RACC, securing funding support for RACC initiatives, and discussing the future organization and role of the IAC.
