On Tuesday June 4th, the Alliance of Excellence for Research and Innovation on Αephoria (AE4RIA) had the pleasure of hosting 25 alumni from IMD Business School in Lausanne, who hold executive MBAs as part of their IMD Class discovery expedition in Greece with the aim to uncover Greece’s potential in the #businessecosystem and future industries. We engaged in discussions on public-private partnerships and strategies to bolster the local economy.
AE4RIA director, Prof. Dr. Phoebe Koundouri, along with senior researchers, showcased A4ERIA’s efforts in accelerating the #sustainabilitytransition. Prof. Koundouri introduced our interdisciplinary research on sustainable interactions among nature, society, and the economy. Eleni Toli presented on Twin Skills for the Twin Transition, emphasizing the significance of Green Digital Skills and Jobs in achieving climate neutrality by 2050. Dr. Conrad Landis introduced #AE4RIAMetrix, a spinoff of #AUEB, for companies to build their #ESG quantification and reporting tools, integrating the SGDs. Lydia Papadaki presented the Black Sea Accelerator for a Sustainable Blue Economy, focusing on creating a sustainable ecosystem.
Were also discussed topics such as sustainable business practices, cultivating public-private partnerships, and transitioning business models.
