On Monday, 12th February 2024 the DOORS Early-Stage Researcher Exchange (ESRE) call for applications was officially launched. The ESRE involves the physical placement of each successful applicant (participant) in a host institution under the guidance of a local mentor. During the exchange, participants get to travel to their chosen host institution/company. There they will conduct a collaborative research activity for a minimum of one working week, working with, and under the guidance of, their nominated mentor, and potentially with members of their team. Ms Lydia Papadaki (PhD Candidate Athens University of Economics and Business, Researcher ATHENA RC) will be part of the Evaluation Committee of the applications, while ATHENA RC is one of the host institutions to the programme.
