On Wednesday, February 22, Prof. Phoebe Koundouri gave a speech at the online event entitled “REPowerEU: From crisis to solution” which was co-organized by the EUROPE DIRECT Epirus, Peloponnese, Region of Western Greece and Region of Thessaly.
The discussion focused on the issue of energy security and supply in Greece and consequently on the effort to achieve the green transition, as well as on the presentation of energy saving programs.
Prof. Koundouri in her intervention presented the results of the Europe Sustainable Development Report 2022. The ESDR 2022 report shows how the EU can strengthen its leadership at home and internationally to advance the UN Sustainable Development Goals. Read it here
