Professor Phoebe Koundouri partcipated the 7th Simulation Conference of the European Central Bank, which focused on the transformative aspects of the financial system and the challenges posed by ESG considerations, held from December 15th to 18th 2023.
The event hosted by the European Central Bank, together with Dimitris Kazazoglou-Skouras, Group ESG Coordinator at Alpha Services & Holdings S.A, and Kiara Konti, Partner and Climate Change and Sustainability Services Leader at EY Greece and it’s one of the most important interdisciplinary initiatives in Greece, the ECB Simulation Conference welcomes university students and graduates from a variety of academic backgrounds, primarily economics, law, and international studies.
Professor Koundouri disccused the transformative aspects of the financial system and the challenges posed by ESG considerations.
The conference, organized by Get Involved and supported by key institutions including Bank of Greece, Athens University of Economics and Business – Οικονομικό Παν. Αθηνών and National Bank of Greece, serves as the singular European-level platform dedicated to educating university students and graduates on the contemporary economic issues affecting the Euro Area.
