23 June 2020 – 1rst Meeting of UN SDSN Lancet Commission on COVID-19
Prof. Phoebe Koundouri is member of Lancet Commission on COVID-19 , which is directed by UN SDSN and Columbia Sustainable Development Institute. The Commission aims to engage global leaders to promote best practices in the control of pandemic, the social protection of basic needs, and the recovery of the global economy.
On 23 June 2020 the 1rst meeting of the Commissioners took place, in a virtual meeting room where the Commissioners discussed the scope of this Lancet Commission on COVID-19 and the workplan of this Commission.
